Q1: What is the temperature and pressure range applicable to the basic magnetic level gauge?
A: Under normal operating conditions, the temperature ranges from 20 ℃ to 120 ℃, and the working pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa. It is only suitable for normal temperature and pressure/low pressure working conditions. Corresponding specialized models should be selected for high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios.
Q2: The medium density is too low. Can the basic magnetic flap level gauge be used?
A: The recommended medium density is ≥ 0.6g/cm ³. If the density is too low, the float cannot float, and the measurement is invalid. When placing an order, it is necessary to provide the actual medium density to match the corresponding float.
Q3: Can the basic magnetic level gauge measure the interface (boundary)?
A: Supports measurement of incompatible media interface, requiring replacement of dedicated interface float. The density difference between the two media should be ≥ 0.08g/cm ³; It is not recommended to measure the boundary position in media with high emulsification and impurities.
Q4: How to troubleshoot if the flip board display is stuck?
A: The float is often stuck by impurities, and it is strictly prohibited to disassemble it under pressure. After stopping the machine and releasing the pressure, check for impurities inside the cylinder; Do not knock on the flip panel to avoid damage to the internal magnetic plates; Confirm that the operating conditions do not exceed the temperature and pressure limits.
