Founded by Qin Shiru, Tianchang Tiansheng Automatic Instrument Factory, the predecessor of the group, was established in Anle Town, Tianchang City. A production line for sheathed materials and temperature instruments was put into operation.
The factory relocated to downtown Tianchang and was renamed Tianchang Instrument Factory Special Sheathed Cable Branch. The production line for sheathed materials and temperature instruments was upgraded, with the plant area expanded to 3,000 square meters.
Anhui Xinguo Instrument Co., Ltd. was officially established on January 13. The company became a member unit of the Magnesium Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in the same year. In December, sheathed thermocouple cables (sheathed wires) passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of Anhui Province.
The company obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification for the first time on May 23. It was granted independent import and export rights on June 25, and approved as a corporate member of China Instrument & Control Society on August 8.
Sheathed heating elements (MI heating cables) passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of Anhui Province.
Multi-point stepped ultra-long sheathed thermocouples for high-temperature oil wells passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of Anhui Province.
On November 23, the 1st Seminar on Development and Standardization of Instrument Functional Materials Industry was held in Tianchang City, hosted by our company. In November, the company was elected a director unit of the 6th Council of the National Temperature Instrument Industry Association.
Four subsidiaries were successively set up, namely Xinguo Alloy Co., Ltd., Xinguo Precious Metal Co., Ltd., Xinguo Cable Co., Ltd. and Xinguo Technology Development Co., Ltd.
The company was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise in March. On October 14, Wang Jiong, then Member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department, visited the company to inspect the Party building work of non-public enterprises.
The registered capital was increased to 118 million RMB on January 23. On August 1, we signed an instrument material cooperation project worth 350 million RMB with Chongqing Instrument Materials Research Institute. On December 18, the enterprise was renamed Xinguo Group Co., Ltd.
Two industry standards for sheathed electric heaters and sheathed heating cables, compiled by our company, were officially released and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
The company was awarded the title of Anhui Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise".
The new production base for metal materials was officially put into service.
Comprehensive renovation and upgrading of the group's production buildings were completed. In 2020, the company was listed among the "Top 30 Enterprises" of Tianchang City.
The company was named one of the "Top 10 Growing Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprises" in Tianchang City.
