Technical Strength

The chief engineer Yu Bingwen, a professor-level senior engineer enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, has over 30 years of working experience at Chongqing Instrument Materials Research Institute. All R&D team members hold college degrees or above, capable of developing customized product solutions to meet market demands. Certified as a National High-tech Enterprise in 2012, we have obtained numerous national patents and certificates for key new products for our wide range of products.

We keep adopting advanced management concepts and standards, and integrate multiple management system certifications to standardize business procedures. A sound management framework was established in 2008. Large investment was made to deploy the ERP system, realizing group-wide information-based management. Since 2010, we have introduced internationally advanced management methodologies to boost efficiency and guarantee quality. The company also exchanges and cooperates with the professional management team from Taiwan Gaofeng Business Management Company, and launches targeted training programs for senior management staff.

The company set up a comprehensive quality management system in 2005 and obtained ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification in 2007. We continuously introduce top-tier testing equipment, including fully automatic verification systems for thermocouples and thermal resistors, imported spectrometers and other advanced testing & measuring devices, to ensure reliable and accurate quality inspection. We strictly prevent non-conforming products from delivery and guarantee all supplied products are qualified, which is our solemn commitment to customers.

After-sales Service We have established a customer information management system, complete customer files and regular follow-up mechanisms to conduct market research and customer satisfaction surveys efficiently. Our sales and service staff receive systematic training throughout the year to deliver premium services. A dedicated complaint hotline is available; all issues regarding products and services will be recorded and resolved promptly. For on-site problems, we will assign experienced engineers until customers are fully satisfied.
