Q1: What is the difference between top-mounted magnetic level gauges and side-mounted ones?
A: The core difference lies in the installation method. The top-mounted type is installed from the top of the tank body, without the need for side wall openings. It focuses on special sealed tanks, high-pressure tanks, and scenarios where side walls cannot be opened; the side-mounted type is suitable for conventional vertical storage tanks, with greater universality. The measurement principles and accuracy of the two are basically the same.
Q2: Can high temperature and high pressure media be measured?
A: Okay. The product can be customized for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, with strong overall sealing and compression resistance, high-temperature resistance, and impact resistance, which can meet the harsh use environment of industrial kettles and high-pressure storage tanks.
Q3: Will the viscosity and crystallization of the medium affect the measurement?
A: Basically unaffected. Magnetic coupling non-contact measurement; the floating ball rises and falls autonomously with the liquid level, and the medium is viscous, slightly crystallized, and contains a small amount of impurities, which will not cause jamming or failure. It is suitable for most complex medium working conditions.
Q4: Does it support remote transmission and liquid level alarm?
A: Supports. Can be paired with a remote transmission module to output 4-20mA standard analog signal and be connected to PLC and DCS systems; Magnetic switches can also be installed to achieve automatic high and low liquid level alarms and pump body interlock start/stop.
