Product Introduction:
XG3051T is a 3051T series intelligent direct connected pressure transmitter, available in two types: gauge pressure and absolute pressure; Adopting capacitive sensing, 316L diaphragm, 4-20mA+HART output, 24VDC power supply, accuracy 0.075-0.15% FS, optional LCD, supporting local/manual calibration, explosion-proof shell, IP65 protection, wide range coverage, impact resistance, good long-term stability, directly installed in process pipelines, no need for pressure accessories.

Main applications:
Measure the pressure of gases, liquids, and vapors; Used in petrochemical, chemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment, oil and gas pipeline networks; Absolute pressure type is suitable for vacuum, negative pressure, distillation, and distillation conditions; Gauge pressure is used for monitoring the pressure of ordinary pipelines and tank areas, and is connected to DCS/PLC control systems.

Item Description
Range Limits Can be adjusted arbitrarily within the upper and lower limits of the range. It is recommended to select the range code with the lowest possible turndown ratio to optimize performance characteristics.
Zero Setting Zero and span can be adjusted to any value within the measuring range specified in the table, provided that: Calibrated Span ≥ Minimum Span.
Mounting‑Position Effect Mounting‑position change parallel to the diaphragm surface will not cause zero drift. For mounting‑position deviation over 90° relative to the diaphragm surface: Range C exhibits zero drift <0.25 kPa; other ranges exhibit zero drift <0.15 kPa. All zero drift can be corrected by zero‑point adjustment. No span effect.
Output 2‑wire, 4‑20 mA DC. Optional HART digital communication. Linear or square‑root output selectable.

Q1: How to distinguish between XG3051T gauge pressure and absolute pressure models, and can they be used interchangeably?
A: The gauge pressure is based on the local atmospheric pressure, and the absolute pressure is based on absolute vacuum. The hardware bellows are different and cannot be directly interchanged; the absolute pressure type is preferred for vacuum working conditions, while the gauge pressure type is preferred for ordinary pipeline pressure.

Q2: The output signal is 4-20mA. Does it support the HART protocol?
A: XG3051T comes standard with 4-20mA+HART, which can be manually adjusted for parameters, or a local LCD head can be selected to view pressure values locally.

Q3: Can the medium directly contact the transmitter diaphragm, and what material is it in contact with?
A: The direct connection structure medium directly contacts the diaphragm, and the standard diaphragm is 316L stainless steel; Strong corrosive media require prior confirmation of operating conditions and selection of special membrane materials.

Q4: What are the common reasons for transmitter output failure and numerical jump?
A: First, check if the 24V power supply is normal and if there are any loose connections in the wiring; Secondly, investigate the impact and blockage of process media; Reset and calibrate with the HART controller again, and check the range setting for any abnormalities.

Q5: What on-site environments and explosion-proof levels is XG3051T suitable for?
A: Protection level IP65, supports explosion-proof selection; Suitable for petrochemical, chemical, water treatment, power, and other on-site applications; Avoid high temperatures exceeding the range and strong vibration environments, and the medium temperature should not exceed the product specification range.
